We supply a wide variety of rigid and flexible substrates, available for long term and short term indoor and outdoor use. Because we print direct to substrate, we offer a lower price point alternative to printed, mounted and laminated graphics. A full line of lamination is also available for direct to substrate printing when extra protection, durability or a special finish is required.

Rigid substrates available up to 48" x 96". Flexible signage available up to 60" wide with endless lengths.

For rigid sign and display boards, we print brilliant colors directly on these materials:

  • Alumalite / PrimePanel: Designed for long-term outdoor signage.

  • Coroplast: Economical corrugated plastic, used for temporary outdoor yard & political signs

  • Dibond: Made of two pre-painted sheets of .012” aluminum with a solid polyethylene core.

  • Foam Core: Economical white paper faced foam - indoor use

  • Gator Board: High-quality lightweight board with exceptional rigidity; will not warp

  • Plexi Glass: Used for interior and exterior signage, available in milk white, clear & clear with a white backer

  • Expanded PVC: Durable plastic used for interior and exterior signage, commonly known as Sintra, Komabrite or Celltex

For flexible sign and display boards, we print full color graphics directly on these materials:

  • Styrene: Economical white plastic used for interior and exterior signage; great for indoor and short term outdoor POP displays, signs & menu boards

  • Ultraboard: (Styrene face) Warp-resistant mounting foam; great for indoor and outdoor POP displays and signs

  • Rigid Vinyl: Good for outdoor usage.

  • Corrugated Board - bleach white “B” or “E” Flute: Economical, used for boxes & product packaging; excellent for prototype or short-run packaging and POP displays

  • C1S and C2S paper board: Display and Carton Board; easily trimmed, scored and digitally die cut for prototype and short-run cartons.

  • Polycarbonate / Lexan: Used for indoor and outdoor backlit signs

  • PETG: Clear plastic for indoor usage in place of Acrylic.

  • Magnetic Sheets: Strong magnetics used for interior and exterior signage
